QUOVAI is an all-in-one cloud PMS for accommodation businesses: a single platform bringing together the property management system, Channel Manager, Booking Engine and website, with modules for online check-in, CRM, housekeeping, invoicing, reporting and much more. It is designed for hotels, B&Bs, farm stays, campsites, glamping sites, holiday homes and villas.
QUOVAI is designed to be intuitive: the interface is simple and does not require lengthy training. We support you through the initial setup, tailored to your property, so your team is up and running quickly. Being cloud based, you can log in from any device — computer, tablet or smartphone — with nothing to install.
Through the Channel Manager, QUOVAI connects to more than 500 OTA and iCal connections. It also integrates with the main payment gateways (Stripe, Nexi XPay, Hobex, TS Pay), with the Italian police registration and statistics systems, with PayTourist and TourTaxMain for tourist tax, as well as fiscal printers, invoicing software and other services. Payments are handled securely and in line with PCI DSS standards, through integrated gateways such as Stripe, Nexi XPay, Hobex and TS Pay. You can take payments directly from the Booking Engine and the PMS, manage deposits and balances and automate transactions, reducing errors and processing times.
We offer free support by phone, WhatsApp and email, with priority phone support for critical issues. Our team is knowledgeable and available outside office hours too, to make sure your system keeps running without interruption.
